I stand out against other students because I have a passion for life and it’s glories. I do not view college as a stepping-stone to a wealthy future but more of an epic adventure that cannot be expressed or properly do it justice. I see college as the wondrous institution full of people at their most passionate.
Not only do I have passion, I also have dedication. I know that not only can I handle college but also I will thrive in it. The idea of living in a community filled with brilliant minds that all have passion for the same subject matter is an ecstasy. I know it is true that many in college have not found their passion and are exploring themselves but that in it proves the potential of every individual.
I feel fortunate to have discovered my passion early. I have a true passion and keen interest in marine science. The study of the aquatic world is to me as physics was to Einstein. I already pursue this passion at home with small aquariums. Currently I care for 165 gallons of aquatic world, 55 of which is marine. I am different from other enthusist because I pursue my hobby to the degree that my friends call obsession.
